THE FOUNDRY YEAR
Two online Foundry coffees each month — one structured teaching coffee and one guest, case or Q+A coffee.
Your enrollment includes participation for you and one other person from the same farm operation.
The calculators, templates, checklists and other resources we work with throughout the year.
A working file you'll build throughout the year to organize the information, numbers, resources and plans that matter to your operation. Your Farm File remains yours after The Foundry ends.
Access to participant-only Forge tools for the duration of your enrollment.
Access to recordings from Foundry coffees for the duration of your enrollment.
The people in The Foundry are part of the value. Compare notes, hear how other good operators are approaching things, ask questions and be part of conversations you may not be having anywhere else.
A NOTE BEFORE ENROLLING
You don't need perfect records or every number figured out before you join. That's part of the work we'll do together.
What we do ask is that you come ready to participate. Make the coffees when you can, do some work on your own operation between meetings, and take what we're working on back to your farm.
You never have to share information about your operation that you aren't comfortable sharing.
The Foundry is a 12-month commitment. Like most things, the more you put into it, the more you'll get out of it.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Select a question to read the answer.
We'd love to have you there live when you can make it, but we know that's not always possible. Coffees are recorded and available for the duration of your Foundry enrollment.
No. Choosing monthly payments does not make The Foundry a month-to-month program.
When you enroll, you are committing to the full 12 months and all 12 payments. The monthly option simply allows you to pay the annual investment over time.
Yes. The Foundry is entirely online, so you can join from home wherever you are.
We'll talk about re-enrollment during your Foundry year. There's no automatic renewal.
Founding Cohort participants who remain continuously enrolled will keep their Founding Cohort rate, even if the regular Foundry investment increases.
It's yours. Your Foundry Farm File lives in your own account, and everything you've built there stays with you.
Access to the Foundry community, recordings and participant-only Forge Tools is available for the duration of your active Foundry enrollment.
Enrollment is a 12-month commitment. Refund requests may be considered individually in exceptional circumstances.
Not for the Founding Cohort. The next planned Foundry intake is April 2027.
The Foundry is the full 12-month program. You'll work on the business behind your farm through two Foundry Coffees each month, practical tools and resources, your Foundry Farm File, guest experts and the room. The Build includes everything in The Foundry, plus two private meetings with Becky each month to work more directly in the four areas of Brand & Marketing, Leadership, Personal Development and Building.
Yes. Your Build enrollment includes full participation in The Foundry for the year.
The Build includes two private meetings with Becky each month, so the number of people we can take on is limited. Join the waitlist to hear when enrollment opens. No purchase is required.

WANT TO GO FURTHER?
The Foundry is where we work on the business behind the farm.
Sometimes, though, you get the feeling that you're ready for more.
For a small number of people who want to take that further, The Build includes full access to The Foundry, plus two private meetings with Becky every month.
We’ll work together in four areas:
Build the brand behind your operation. On your own terms.
Be someone the farm can depend on.
Better yourself. Work on the hard stuff.
From the ground up.
There are a lot of things I’ve had to learn by doing them at Redline. In The Build, I’ll share what we’ve learned, the systems we’ve built, and the processes we actually use; and help you apply what makes sense to your own operation.
Build a marketing strategy and budget, then turn it into a social media plan you can actually keep up with.
Get ahead of the office work by figuring out what needs your attention, what can be systemized, and how to keep it from piling back up.
If you're building a bull sale, use the timelines, checklists and processes we've developed over the years, from catalogues and marketing to customer communication and sale week.
Set up bookkeeping and herd-management systems that fit the way your operation actually works.
Get more of the farm out of people's heads and into an accessible format, so important information isn't dependent on one person knowing where everything is.
The work will be practical, specific to your operation, and built around the four areas of The Build: Brand & Marketing, Leadership, Personal Development and Building.
